You can port these numbers to any system you wish, but you must initiate that port request from the new system you are moving your numbers to. You must keep a live smrtPhone account until your smrtPhone numbers are successfully ported, or you will lose them.

To cancel your smrtPhone subscription:
- Log into smrtPhone and go to: https://phone.smrt.studio/billing/products
- Click “Cancel” next to the subscription you would like to cancel
